Travelling from Ireland? Morocco is outside EU roaming. Irish operators charge daily passes or per-megabyte rates here, which is where bill shock happens. See the comparison.

Installing your Morocco eSIM

  1. Buy and check your email. Your QR code and a manual activation code arrive within a minute. Check spam if not.
  2. Scan on Wi-Fi at home. iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM. Android: Settings → Network → SIMs → Add eSIM. Label it "Vibqo Morocco".
  3. Leave it off until you land. Keep your Irish SIM as the default for calls. On arrival, turn on the Vibqo line, set it as the mobile-data line, and enable Data Roaming for it.

Morocco eSIM FAQ

Which network does the Morocco eSIM use?
It connects to Maroc Telecom and Orange, with automatic fallback to inwi where available. Expect 4G LTE wherever the network provides it.
When does the 7-day or 30-day validity start?
Only when the eSIM first connects to a network in Morocco. You can install it days or weeks in advance.
Can I use the hotspot in Morocco?
Yes. Tethering to a laptop, tablet or a travel companion's phone is allowed on every plan.
Can I make calls or send texts?
Plans are data-only. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime or Signal for calls. Your Irish number keeps receiving calls and texts on your physical SIM.
Can I top up if I run out?
Yes. Top-ups are available from the order portal while your plan is active, and apply without reinstalling anything.
Do I need to register the SIM in Morocco?
No. Local SIM registration (ID-linked) applies to SIMs bought in-country. Your Vibqo eSIM is provisioned before you travel, so there's no queue or paperwork on arrival.
