Our guarantee

If we cannot get your Vibqo eSIM connected within 7 days of purchase, we refund you in full. We'll ask you to work through our troubleshooting steps with support first, because almost every connection problem is a settings issue we can fix in minutes.

Unused eSIMs

An eSIM that has not been installed can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Email support@vibqo.com with your order number.

Installed or used eSIMs

Once an eSIM has been installed and has consumed data, the plan has been delivered and is not refundable, except under the 7-day guarantee above where the service did not work.

Device incompatibility

If you bought a plan for a phone that turns out not to support eSIM or is carrier-locked, and the eSIM has not been installed, we refund in full. Please use our compatibility checker before buying.

To the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
