What we collect

When you order, we collect your email address, payment confirmation (we never see or store full card numbers; our payment processor handles them), the plan you bought and your eSIM's activation status. Our website records standard server logs and, with your consent, analytics events.

Why we use it

To deliver your eSIM, provide support, issue invoices, prevent fraud, and, if you opt in, send you offers. The legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent (for marketing).

Who we share it with

Our eSIM provisioning partner (to issue and activate the eSIM), our payment processor, our email delivery service and, where required, tax or law-enforcement authorities. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet Irish tax obligations. Marketing consent data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@vibqo.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
