eSIM not connecting?

Work down this list in order. It resolves almost every case in under five minutes. If you reach the bottom, message support with the step you're stuck on and we'll take it from there.

  1. Is the Vibqo line switched on? Settings → Mobile Data (iPhone) or SIM manager (Android). The line must be on.
  2. Is Vibqo the mobile-data line? Not your Irish SIM. This is the most common cause.
  3. Is Data Roaming on for the Vibqo line? It's off by default on new lines. It must be on.
  4. Toggle Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then off. This forces the phone to re-register with the local network.
  5. Select the network manually. Settings → Mobile Data → Vibqo → Network Selection → turn off Automatic and choose one of the partner networks listed on your destination page.
  6. Check APN. Most phones set it automatically. If your email lists an APN, enter it under Mobile Data Network for the Vibqo line.
  7. Restart the phone. Genuinely fixes a surprising number of cases.
  8. Check your data balance at order.vibqo.com. If the plan is used up or expired, top up.

Specific messages

"Activation failed" or "Unable to complete mobile plan change"

Usually a weak Wi-Fi connection during install, or a carrier-locked phone. Retry on a stable Wi-Fi network. If it fails again, the phone is likely locked; see compatibility.

"No service" after landing

Give it two minutes, then do step 4 and step 5 above. Some networks take a moment to register a new profile.

Slow speeds

Try manual network selection (step 5) to switch partner network. Also check you haven't got Low Data Mode throttling, and that the plan isn't exhausted.

It worked, then stopped

Check remaining data first. Then Airplane Mode toggle. If the plan still has data and validity, contact support with your order number.

Still stuck? Contact support with: phone model, destination, the step you're at, and a screenshot of Settings → Mobile Data. Remember the 7-day guarantee: if we can't get you connected, you get your money back.
